I pray that Allah may grant you the courage to lead with fairness and justice and may we all remember that one day all of us will have to give account of whatever we did in this world.
This complaint has to do with the current selective load shedding taking place in areas in Lahore and other cities of Punjab. I say (or write selective) because this load shedding is not taking place all over Lahore but in some areas. Also a relative of mine has just come from Hyderabad and he says that there are no issues with gas supply in Sindh. Moreover, the supply is cut-off around 7:30 AM and is restored around 11:30 PM.
May I ask if there is a shortage, how come some parts of our city have no problem with their gas supply? Secondly since we no supply for about 16 hours our normal daily life is suffering for example we have to cook at night (starting at around 10:30 PM) so that we can have something to eat the next day. One might say, why not get a LPG cylinder. People like me may be able to afford it but what about a majority of people who cannot.
My question to you is why this loadshedding cannot be implemented in a way that it is no longer selective. In this way the duration of load shedding can be reduced in areas where this is currently taking place. I do not want other people to suffer but why should we take all the burden. And you, as a ruler, are required to ensure fairness and justice for all.
Once again I remind myself and all that we will be questioned about those under us.

With reference to BOR's Diary No. 328 dated 30-01-08 and No. DS(D)/CMS/08/OT-47/278 dated Lahore 30-04-08 my applications were lodged with SMBR Lahore and CM Punjab that 2% Revenue commission was misappropriated in millions by ADBP (ZTBL)/Subordinate offices of Board of Revenue Lahore, But the job has not been completed sincerely up til now for ultimate recovery which is irreparable heavy financial loss to the Punjab Government. Kindly make it convenient for necessary actions for the recovery of said amount and directions may be issued to the SMBR Lahore on the subject.

I launch a FIR no :( 181) in airport police station Rawalpindi and also informed 15 at about 0600 hours on 5/3/2011.
After 20 days CIA Assistant sub inspector Abdul rauf (03065256666) informed me that we have caught the thieves who has stolen your car he bring the both and they verified that they have stolen my car.
Next day I went to CIA office but I didn’t meet any of above.
Next day police station Sub inspector kareem niazi (03215348994) also went with me to see the accused but they told me that they have sold your car in nowshera at the price of 85000 rupees and now you (I) will self recovered my car from nowshera.
I am requesting your command to please help me in recovering of my car.

I just want to highlight an issue which is related to common people. After increment of oil prices the Lahore local transporters have raised the fare. The fare certificate they have is of last year one which was canceled later on. They are charging even more than Daewoo air conditioned buses. Traffic wardens although agree that the fare certificate is not correct but the do nothing because their officers does not allow them to Challan. It is all done with the connivance of LTC and Traffic control authorities. Passengers are mostly poor or middle class people so no one listen them. If you will highlight this issue may be there will be some relief for them

I am M.Phil chemistry working as CTI in Dyal Singh College Lahore from last 6 months.5 CTIs have served in same college but terminated as transfers are being made in above said college. 10,000 per month salary was decidede by Govt. of Punjab in collaboration with HEC Punjab. It is also rule that budget is allocatted first then a project is launched. This budget is not yet released by Finance Department, Civil Secreteriate. So you are requesred to take interest in this matter to resolve the problems of educated persons, who have served for 6 months and got nothing yer.

Visit the inside area of Surjeet building and please match it to the original map of the buiding every resident of the building had occupied illegal space in front of their houses and their is a kitchen of a restaurant which goes even further to occupy the map.
Also their is not quality control and no one is cleaning the place and its a mess.
corporation people dont clean the place and it looks like a dust been and restaurant destroying the environment as well.

On 15.09.2011 an FIR No. 845/11 was registered against 1. Zee Waqar (Me) 2. Raees Ahmad (My Brother) Sons of Hamad Hassan in City Police Station Tandlianwala Dist faisalabad under Section 406 PPC by Rehana Mehmood D/O Mehmood ul Hassan R/O F-6/4 Islamabad.
In this FIR We (Respondent No.1 & No.2) have been charged with the following charge sheet.
1. Two years ago, the Plaintiff gave 800000/- Rs to Respondent No.1 & 2 to purchase a house in Street No.8 Muhalla Mubarik Pura Tandlianwala (Our Current Residence).
2. On the given time, the Plaintiff came to the Respondents and demanded her money back. First, the Respondents promised her to give her money but after that they denied to give the Plaintiff’s money.
Now Dear Sir, The Answer of both the charges is as under
1. We (Respondent No.1 & 2) are permanently living in the mentioned House in Street No.8 Muhalla Mubarik Pura Tandlianwala, from 27.01.2007 (4 years & 8 months). And this house was registered on the name of my father. Later on, after the death of my father, it was transferred as heritance to all concerned family members (including 3 sons, 2 daughters and 1 widow). In the light of these facts, how plaintiff can claim that she gave us (Respondent No.1 & 2) money to purchase the mentioned house two years ago.
2. All the points in the FIR are fake, bogus and illogical. The Reality is that the Plaintiff is the Aunty (Sister of my Father) of Respondent No.1 and No.2. She is Superintendent Nurse in PIMS Hospital Islamabad. She has strong resources due to her departmental position. She has some of controversies with my family on some issues. By using her resources she has filed the FIR against me and my brother (Respondent No. 1 & 2 respectively). She wants to humiliate, pressurize, and destabilize whole of my family.
Under the given circumstances it is very clear that the FIR is bogus and there is no reality in this FIR. The FIR is based on the personal bias. So, it is humbly requested to please cancel this FIR keeping in view the real facts. We will be grateful to you.

In university of Sargodha : The male students deprived of hostel facility. Students are compelled to get accommodation in pvt hostels which are sub-standard in their construction, mess, water & other basic necessities of a normal life. It was asked to university admin many times by students & local media as well, but no progress at all. University spokesman (Maqsud ahmad) says: '' We have insufficient funds already , provided by the Govt. we are unable to build hostels. If Govt. would release funds 4 us then It'll be possible to initiate this project.. Otherwise we are helpless.. It is students' responsibility to get accommodation not ours.....''

my name is adeel ahmad i belong to faisalabad, my property which is 65 kanals situated at main satiana road fsd acquired by parvaiz alahi govt in 2004 for a punjab govt servant housing scheme, revenue deptt fixed compensation as 450000 per 8 kanals ignoring patwai report where he mentioned there market value as 80 lac per 8 kanal, The DDOR sadar fsd in 2004 who announced this award was yaqoob khan, now he is MD WASA, recently he purchased 5 kanal property in favor of WASA which is quite adjacent to my property but not at main road as mine, he purchsed that in 1 coror 85 lac rs,
At one side he awarded 450000 for per 8 kanals at main one way road on the other hand he is purchasing 5 kanals away from road in 1 coror 85 lac rs in favor of WASA, this a high standard corruption which my family suffering from previous 6 years, i shall be very thankful if your system can provide me justice against this malafide acquisition.

I requested for the free liver transplant and medical treatment of my only sister in Shiekh Zayyed Hospital Lahore as my salary is 50,000 Rs and there is no one else earning in my family. Medical treatment of my sister costs more than 4 million rupees which is not affordable for me. I have already lost my elder brother in the year 2005 due to his liver cancer and we coudlnt afford his medical treatment. I recieved a letter from Chief Minister Secretariat which says that you have approved for the free treatment of my sister and we are very thankful to you and your government for your kind gesture but there is a mistake in the letter.
My sister needs liver transplant and her treatment is only possible in Shiekh Zayed hospital as Liver transplants are only done in Shiekh Zayed Hospital and no where else in Pakistan. while the hospital mentioned in the letter is Jinnah Hospital. Kindly make corrections as soon as possible as my sister is serious and your government has given us hopes for her healthy life.

It is to inform you that I requested for my sister’s free medical treatment at Shiekh Zayyed Hospital, Lahore as she is suffering from a liver disease and needs a liver transplant on urgent basis. I mentioned Shiekh Zayyed Hospital in my request because Liver Transplants are not being performed any where else in Pakistan. To this request, I got a letter from Punjab Secretariat (Reference No.PA/ASA/CMS/12/OT-4/B and Serial No. 0131602, dated 17/02/2012) containing your approval for free medical treatment and medication for my sister in Jinnah Hospital, Lahore.
Sir, your approval for free treatment is a hope for our family but there is a mistake in the letter i.e. instead of mentioning Shiekh Zayyed Hospital in the letter, Jinnah Hospital was mentioned for free treatment.

It is humbly stated that, the steel re-rolling mills are rampant in the area I'm living in (NA-123). Moreover, these mills are situated in a densely crowded area where they are not only causing the sound and air pollution but also very fatal and hazardous to the health of the mass living here. These mill owners are burning tyres to meet their production requirements which produces carbon mono oxide, carbon dioxide and carbon particles which are the major cause of lung cancer, TB and Asthma and many other respiratory disorders.
As you have already taken steps in this regards i.e. the removal of such mills from crowded area, you are requested to kindly pay your attention to this serious issue which is pretty prevalent over here.

عرض ہے کہ ہم اہلیان علاقہ غریب ٹاؤن کے رہائشی ہیں ہماری آبادی سے ملحق جگہ کا مالک 8 ایکڑ رقبہ پر مشتمل ایک ٹاؤن تصور سٹی کے نام سے بنا رہا ہے ہمارے پاس مین آبادی اور شہر جانے کیلئے ایک ہی راستہ ہے جو کہ تصور سٹی سے ہوکر گزرتا ہے اور ہم سات آٹھ سال سے اس راستے کو استعمال کررہے ہیں سات آٹھ سال پہلے تصور سٹی کے مالکان نے سادہ لوح عوام کو فریب دینے کیلئے جو نقشہ غیر منظور شدہ نقشہ لوگوں کو دکھایا تھا اس میں بھی یہ راستہ موجود ہے مگر چند دن پہلے پلاٹوں کی خریداری سے پہلے ہمیں اپنی آبادی کے ایک مکین جو کہ ٹی ایم اے کا ملازم بھی ہے سے معلوم ہوا کہ یہ ٹاؤن منظور شدہ نہ ہے اور گذشتہ سالوں کی نسبت اب عوام میں شعور آگیا ہے کہ غیر منظور شدہ تاؤن میں پلاٹ خریدنا نہیں چاہئے جس پر ہم میں سے ان لوگوں نے پلاٹ خریدنے سے پہلے تصور سٹی کے مالکان سے کہا کہ پہلے آپ ٹاؤن منظور کروالیں، جس پر تصور سٹی کا مالک غضبناک ہوگیا اس کو معلوم ہوچکا تھا کہ عامر نامی ٹی ایم اے کے کلرک نے اہلیان علاقہ کو بتایا ہے کہ یہ تاؤن منظور نہ ہے جس پر تصور سٹی کا مالک عامر کے گھر گیا اور اس کو جان سے مارنے اور سنگین نتائج کی دھمکیاں دینے لگا جس کی ریکارڈنگ اس کے پاس موجود ہے ، اس پر عامر محمود نے اپنے تحفظ کیلئے درخواست بھی گزاری مگر تصور سٹی کے مالکان مزید غضبناک ہوگئے اور انہوں نے پوری آبادی کے مکینوں سے انتقام لینے کی خاطر واحد راستہ سے ہم اہلیان علاقہ کو محروم کرنے کی کوشش کی تو ہماری آبادی میں سے دو مدعیان نے عدالت سے حکم امتناعی حاصل کرلیا مگر تصور سٹی کے مالکان نے بزور راستہ مسمار کرکے اس میں پانی چھوڑ دیا اور عامر مھمود سمیت اہلیان علاقہ کو ہراساں کرنے کیلئے تھانہ سٹی خانیوال میں درخواست دے دی کہ عامر محمود اپنے ٹی ایم اے کے اہلکاران کی مدد سے تصور سٹی کے زرعی رقبہ پر قبضہ کررہے ہیں
جب کہ موقع پر دیواروں پر رنگ روغن، پھول بوٹے اور میٹل روڈ بنانے کا میٹیریل اور سڑکات کی تعمیر سے صاف ظاہر ہے کہ یہاں ناجائز ٹائون ایک مدت سے تعمیر ہورہا ہے اور اس کے علاوہ تصور سٹی میں 2004 ، 2005 سے بہت سے مکانات بنے ہوئے ہیں جن میں لوگ رہائش پذیر ہیں اور اس کے علاوہ2،3،4،5،7،8 مرلہ تک کے 18 انتقالات ہوچکے ہیں مگر تصور سٹی کے مالکان مصر ہیں کہ وہ اس کو اب بھی زرعی رقبہ کہہ رہے ہیں انہوں نے تصور سٹی میں خریداروں کو ئی بنیادی سہولت نہ دی ہے اور سڑکات کا رقبہ بھی بلدیہ کو منتقل نہ کیا ہے اور واجبات بھی ادا نہ کرکے سرکاری خزانے کو بےحد و حساب نقصان پہنچایا ہے aور مذکورہ مالک تصور سٹی لینڈ یوز رولز 2009 کی خلاف ورزی بھی کررہا ہے
تصور سٹی کا مالک ایک دولتمند شخص ہے اس نے اپنی دولت کے بل بوتے پر مختلف محکموں اوراخباری نمائندوں کو اپنا ہمنوا بنا لیا ہے جو کہ حقائق سے پردہ پوشی کرتے ہوئے جھوٹ میں تصور سٹی کے مالک کی معاونت کررہے ہیں اس پر مزید یہ کہ تصور سٹی کا مالک اہلیان علاقہ کو اور سرکاری ملازمین کو قانونی کاروائی سے باز رکھنے کیلئے ہراساں کررہا ہے اور خود کو کمشنر، ڈی پی اور اور ڈی سی او کا رشتہ دار بتاتا ہے
ہم غریب اہلیان علاقہ ہیں اور بمشکل دو وقت کی روٹی حاصل کرنے کیلئے سارا دن محنت مزدوری کرتے ہیں جبکہ تصور سٹی کا مالک ایک امیر کبیر شخص ہے اور شہر کے مختلف علاقوں میں ناجائز ٹاؤنز بنا کر قانون کی خلاف ورزی کررہا ہے ہماری آپ سے التجا ہے کہ تصور سٹی کے مالک کے خلاف قانون کیمطابق کاروائی کی جائے اور اسکو باز رکھا جائے کہ وہ اپنے سات آٹھ سے موجود نقشہ میں تبدیلی سے گریز کرے اور ہم کو واحد راستہ سے محروم نہ کرے

Reconstruction of Thatta Hakeema Road demanded

SARGODHA (APP): The residents of the village Thatta Hakeema are facing problems due to the dilapidated condition of the road,a major access to the other areas,constructed in 1990.
The residents have complained that the district government
was paying no heed to reconstruct the 12 km long road, despite repeated requests to address the problem.
The majority residents are farmers and pay million of rupees annually as road cess to the district authorities and that money is spent no where.
A resident Ahmad Hassan said Commissioner Sargodha Shoukat Ali had assured to carry out reconstruction of the road two months back but has taken no practical step as yet.
There are hundreds of small and big potholes making the road almost impossible to travel and transport agri produce to major markets, said Sher Ali, a resident of the same area.
Mohsin Ali, another local, said the road provides link to the two villages Thatta Hakeema and Chitror to nearby town Farooka, a major market for the residents.
The condition of the road sometime claims precious lives as people are unable to shift patients to hospital in an emergency situation.

But after passing much time we still have got get connections of that water line. In the project all the requirements were completed but only water lines were not constructed. I want to draw your focus on the current issue of denge virus in our locality, since the monsoon rains have been going on The rain water has once again gathered in the undeveloped yousaf block park which is source of the denge virus. A number of time TMA Burewala and DCO Vehari has been informed but non has taken action. The verse thing is that the boundary wall of the girls primary school is attached to the site where water had been stopped. It needs serious intention and ville of CM to fight against corrupt officers and denge virus. The named yousaf block park had been constructed in the files many times since 1983 from the start but the corruption the mother of all has stopped from being completed constructed family park. Now we the residents wants at-least drain and rain water should be removed immediately and orders of construction of the park should be issued.

There is a gang of criminal and corrupt persons living in our society illegally whose leader is some "Abbas Dogar" named person. They have no land of their own but possessing without rights of ownership and running their farm with more than 50 buffaloes and cows in the residential area on the basis of hooliganism. We are living with pollution all over on our roads, bogs around everywhere, and with the smell of shit. Due to this pollution, all residents of the society are facing several diseases in our surroundings and last year we have fought with "Dengue Fever" at its peak.
As Mustafa Town is a scheme of LDA, we have given countless applications to the authority and TMA in past 8 years but that is of no use. This gang is still running everything all over in our society and no one is there to ask them or stop them. Some minor actions were taken by the authority last year but the effects remain for not more than a day or two. They have their informers in the department who let them know regarding raids and let their animals go if caught by taking some money from them.
It is requested you to please take necessary action against this illegal possession and remove these buffaloes from our residential area as soon as possible. We shall be very thankful to you.

Reference to my trailing requests since about 3 years to now, through CM Complaint Cell and on e-mails I am sending once again my request to you with this hope that immediate action will be taken by you, as I know you are the man of spirits.
I am writing this e-mail on behalf of all people of the area HAJJI QAMAR DIN PARK, GUJAR PURA SCHEME KOT KHAWAJA SAEED LAHORE. We are facing Nemours problems i.e. construction-able open plot which is property of Govt. since a long time ago. This open plot cause number of problems for us.
Here are the detail of some problems for your kind knowledge.
1- In Above mentioned area, there is no any system of draining of rainy water, in these days due to water storage is a major cause of creation of DENGUE mosquitoes. Please save us from dengue as we are suffering a lot. You can see clearly WASA negligence at our area.
2-Illegal animal storage despite the bane by Govt. within city. People storing animals and this is the main reason of spreading mosquitoes which causes dengue fever, in last season there were many people who victim the dengue fever some of them were died also.
3- Poor cleaning system. Badly smell not allow us to take breath in open air.
4- Construction of open plot which is root cause of these problems. You are most humble requested to please immediately start at-least boundary walls of this open plot so other problems be overcome as well.
5- Butcher in our area slay down animals in homes which is also illegal and they throw the waste openly almost every day.
Based on above mention descriptions of problems, we are expecting very kind & immediate help from you, as now we are tired by sending requests (written & verbal) to every concern department. We have also send number of applications at CM
Complaint cell to resolve these problems but all in vain. You are most humble request to please take immediate action to resolve these problems with your kind consideration so we (whole affected area) can live in peaceful and healthy
atmosphere, as we are suffering a lot and we have no more power to bear this all.
We have also right to live in clean and healthy atmosphere and its only possible if you give us a chance by taking serious action.

Sir today I went to police station Adah Muridwala Tehsil Samundri District Faisalabad for the entry of my lost passport. I asked from Mr. Ashraf (Muharar) that I want to entry of my lost passport. He tells me after half hour, we required one application and affidavit on Astam.
When I bring application and affidavit then after three hour he tells me that this work is done only SHO sahib. I call to SHO sahib and request him for my report entry. SHO sahib said to me, talk me with Mr. Ashraf (Muharar).
When the call of SHO sahib is off, Mr. Ashraf and his supporter disgraced me and use roguish language with me and through my application and said I will not obey any order of SHO or SP.
Please sir takes the action on irresponsible attitude of Mr. Ashraf and his supporter. THANKS

Now it is more than 3 months after result of FSC, there is no implementation for this announcement. Is this prize money is still available for postion holder for this year students.

I have completed all the requirements to get Yellow Cab.The DCO (District Coordinater Officer) already grabbed 50000 per head from every 5th phase listing person including me.Now he says that give me more money if you want to get taxi. If you don't do so then take your way.Sir it is your promise to give us Yellow in a clean manner.But your District Officers didn't do that.We are really deserve for our right.All this happened and yet there is no progress either we get or not.Sir if don't give taxies then please please please help us to get all money back from DCO of Bahawalnagar.

The teachers have been serving in 9 BPS since 25 years. Their students are on high posts but the teachers are still on the same scale. The teachers in FG schools of same qualification are on BPS 16. The teachers have requested the Cantonment officers countless times and have also sent them reminders multiple times but the officers are adamant and are not providing the teachers with their rights. Please kindly look into this matter.

I met all the criteria for CDC supervisor post in health department, for the vacant seat in my union Ghulaman Bhakkar. I was deserving as there was no other competitor from the union.
But current EDO Health Sultan Khattak deliberately appointed a person Muzamil from outsider and ignored. When I went to his office and asked for this injustice, he did not ear to me without any justification. The reason only being that I was not agreeing to pay a huge amount to get this seat.

Everyday on night there is a news of someone getting robbed/car stolen/mugged etc. It comes under the jurisdiction of Airport Police Station. People have complained and registered several FIRs but no joy. Everyone beliefs that police is involved or else the crimes happenings couldnt be in that huge number. I would request you to take serious action on this issue. People living in this society are very upset and dont know what to do. Few police officals are also living in this society and amazingly its all happening under their nose.

People have complained and registered several FIRs but no joy. Everyone beliefs that police is involved or else the crimes happenings couldnt be in that huge number. I would request you to take serious action on this issue. People living in this society are very upset and dont know what to do. Few police officals are also living in this society and amazingly its all happening under their nose.
Sir, I would like to bring your attention to a small society in Rawalpindi (Gulrez Housing Colony) which is under a serious attack by burglers for over almost 5 years. Everyday on night there is a news of someone getting robbed/car stolen/mugged etc. It comes under the jurisdiction of Airport Police Station.
